About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for cleaning newly built homes (post-construction) and preparing residential units for new tenants (turnover cleaning). Training will be provided and paid to ensure you feel confident in your role. All cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential units to prepare them for move-in
- Follow cleaning checklists and instructions provided by supervisors
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout each job
- Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
- Communicate any issues or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks on schedule
