What you’ll be doing:
As a Grocery Clerk , you will report to the Grocery Manager, and work daytime hours throughout the year, including during the school year. This role is best suited for someone who can provide ongoing daytime availability and support the store during regular daily operations.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and members while answering questions and assisting with their shopping needs.
- Stock shelves, rotate product, face displays, and help ensure grocery areas are full, clean, and easy to shop.
- Receive, move, and organize product while following safe lifting and handling practices.
- Assist with merchandising, pricing, and product presentation to support an organized store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system as needed and support customers through the checkout process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store by completing general housekeeping duties and following safety procedures.
Work as part of a team and help in other areas when needed.

What you’ll need:
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate in a friendly, respectful way.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Availability to work daytime hours throughout the school year.
