Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively during projects
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other trades
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all work activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within commercial or residential settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related tools
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and carpentry principles is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transportation between job sites
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely
- Knowledge of schematics, assembly procedures, and basic math skills necessary for precise measurements
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems is essential
