Your Role Will Include:
- Engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Managing patient triage, scheduling appointments, and enhancing client experiences
- Providing advice on preventative health care for pets
- Facilitating patient admissions and discharges
- Handling various administrative tasks
- Keeping our facility welcoming, clean, and organized
- Sharing love and affection with our four-legged patients
We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in the veterinary industry
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- A team player who's also an enthusiastic learner and educator
- Familiarity with EzyVet and Mac computers (a plus)
- College/university degree (preferred)
