Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and coordinating between research teams, participants, and regulatory bodies. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, ensuring informed consent is obtained.
- Collect, record, and manage research data accurately using electronic data capture systems.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures as needed for sample collection.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all study-related activities and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Monitor participant safety and report adverse events promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Supervise research staff and train new team members on study procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with investigators, healthcare professionals, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth study operations.
- Analyze collected data for accuracy and completeness, preparing reports for review by the research team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in research coordination or related healthcare roles.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial regulations.
- Experience in data collection, management, and analysis within a research setting.
- Skills in phlebotomy or willingness to be trained in blood sample collection techniques.
- Supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Background in nursing or healthcare is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
