We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety compliance.
- Enforce loss prevention policies by monitoring for theft, vandalism, or suspicious behavior.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Control access points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes when necessary.
- Assist with crowd control during events or high-traffic periods to ensure safety.
- Follow established protocols for incident response and report any irregularities or safety hazards.
Experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally. This position is vital in maintaining a safe environment and protecting property assets. Candidates should be committed to upholding security standards with integrity and vigilance.
Pay: From $20.50 per hour
