Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math proficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and assist in opening or closing procedures as needed.
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper serving techniques to uphold health standards.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving and bartending procedures.
- Experience working with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately.
- Hospitality experience that reflects a friendly attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
