We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Practical Nurse Instructor to join our team and deliver high-quality instruction in
Theory, Lab, and/or Clinical settings. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of nursing professionals through engaging and comprehensive educational experiences.

Rate Range
: $34.60-46.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver high-quality instruction in theory, lab, and clinical settings.

Execute lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements as per PTIRU compliance. - Extensive in-house curriculum orientation and training provided.

Provide hands-on training and supervision in clinical environments.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Stay current with best practices and developments in nursing education.
Qualifications:-
Minimum 3,900 hours of nursing experience, inclusive of maternity along with mental health and community experience.

Current full registration with the BCCNM – required.

Previous instructor experience is an asset.

Experience with Office 365 and Student Information Systems (SIS) is an asset.

Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
