11 Aesthetics is a fast-growing medical aesthetics clinic specializing in body contouring and non-invasive fat reduction programs.
We are hiring a confident, results-driven SALES PROFESSIONAL to convert consultations into $3,000–$15,000 treatment packages.
This is NOT a receptionist or esthetician role.
This is a performance-based closing position.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-person consultations
- Identify client goals & pain points
- Present customized treatment packages
- Handle objections confidently
- Follow up with warm leads
Ideal Background-
We are looking for proven sales experience in:
- High-end fitness memberships
- Cosmetic dentistry / elective medical
- Luxury retail (commission-based)
- Any high-ticket closing environment
If you have consistently hit sales targets and thrive in commission structures, we want to meet you.
Compensation:
- Base salary + strong commission structure
- High earning potential (top performers $80K–$120K+)

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
