Job Responsibilities:
· Mostly COLD calling to our customers asking service, follow up, receiving over flow incoming calls as well
· Review CRM Dashboard & adjust schedule to achieve daily revenue goals
· Responding on potential leads by discussing with the manager
· Processes other work order transactions such as confirmations, changes, cancellations, and payments
· Perform happy calls
· Be able to navigate our company database platform proficiently
· Set up and mange customer accounts with detailed information related to jobsite locations, contracts, installed products, and history
· Building customer relationships while assisting dissatisfied customers professionally and accurately
