Skilled Labourer
Rainbow Lake, AB
AECOM is seeking Skilled Labourers to join our Husky Energy Turnaround team in Rainbow Lake, AB. This is a temporary position for 14 days straight schedule, traveling on May 23rd, starting May 24th, 2019.

Camp/LOA and Travel Allowance provided!

Day and Night Shift available, 10 hours per day (OT after 8hrs/day or 44hrs/week).

Successful candidates must be able and willing to travel to Rainbow Lake. This is an Open Shop work environment.

Skilled Labourers will be expect to do but are not limited to the following tasks:

+ Rigging and installation of processessing pipe

+ Bolt-up

+ Running equipment

+ Assist skilled trades people and perform a wide range of tasks at construction sites.

+ Cleaning of company vehicles and/or equipment.

+ Loading, unloading, identifying, and distributing materials and equipment

+ Cleaning and preparation of construction components (Modules, Process equipment etc.)

+ Execute assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner

+ Ask required questions and take the required direction to endure safety that work is accomplished safely

+ Understand and follow URS' safety management system and core values

+ Maintain all company tools and equipment to the required standards

+ Foster a cooperative and positive work atmosphere

Conditions of Employment for this position are:
1. For positions that fall into the list of required positions within the AECOM Oil & Gas Background Check policy, qualified applicants who are offered, and accept, the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check. This may consist of all or a combination of the following: Canadian Criminal Record check, an Employment Verification and/or an Education and Accreditation Verification.

2. Qualified applicants who are offered, and accept, a position must provide evidence of a satisfactory Alcohol & Drug test in accordance with the Company's Alcohol & Drug Policy. In order to be valid, the test must have been conducted at the direction of AECOM - O&G Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements

+ Previous construction experience

+ Previous experience in rigging, installation of processing piping.

+ Previous experience in bolt-up.

+ Physical strength and stamina

+ Manual dexterity

+ Safety conscious attitude

+ H2S Alive ticket required

+ Valid Drivers Licence

Preferred Qualifications

+ WHMIS 2015

+ Confined Space

+ CSTS-09

+ First Aid
