We are currently seeking a PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT to join our team at Glass Print Ltd.
At this time, we are looking for an individual who is able to work between 16-20 hours a week on location at our warehouse in Black Diamond.
Experience with online sales and marketing is an asset.
Ability to communicate properly with the team.
Answering, screening & forwarding incoming phone calls
Answering Customer e-mail inquiries
Sort & receive incoming e-mails
Maintain our filing cabinet system
Basic accounts payable duties
Maintain cleanliness of offices
Experience & Qualification:
1-2 years of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience
Experience with Online sales and Marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent numeracy skills
Have own transportation
Must be flexible in your schedule
