We are looking for a dedicated and experienced property management professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, independent, professional, and takes real ownership in their work. We want someone who treats the properties as if they were their own and is willing to do what it takes to make sure our residents have the most positive stay possible.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day property management and leasing duties, including:
- Showing apartments to prospective tenants in a professional and confident manner
- Managing leasing inquiries, applications, and tenant communication
- Preparing leases and assisting with move-in coordination
- Using Buildium for property management tasks, tenant records, work orders, and communication
- Coordinating maintenance requests with our maintenance team and following up to ensure work is completed properly
- Communicating with residents regarding maintenance, access, timelines, and follow-up
- Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance or operational concerns
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents, contractors, and team members
- Helping ensure properties are clean, safe, well-maintained, and professionally operated
- Taking initiative, solving problems, and doing what it takes to create the best possible resident experience
- Working independently and taking ownership without needing constant supervision
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Property management experience
- Experience using Buildium or similar property management software
- Strong showing, leasing, and resident communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up
- A professional, reliable, and respectful approach
- The ability to work independently and solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- A strong sense of responsibility and pride in their work

You are dependable, professional, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You understand that successful property management requires consistency, communication, care, and follow-through. You are comfortable dealing with residents, contractors, leasing prospects, and internal maintenance team members, and you know how to represent a company professionally.

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience.
