Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and general maintenance, with the ability to supervise maintenance activities and ensure the efficient operation of equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining our facilities and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all employees.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various maintenance issues within our managed buildings
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and owners .
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Ability to trouble shoot multiple maintenance issues
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with tenants and owners
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team and documentation purposes.
- Ability to work unsupervised
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.11 per hour
