MULTI-STORE MANAGER – EDMONTON CANNABIS
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Multi-Store Manager to oversee and manage both of our Edmonton cannabis retail locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of cannabis retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of cannabis products, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of both store locations
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis retail regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Motivate teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth
