The Service Administrator role at Noble Equipment Ltd. is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team. We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to assist in our Service department, initially assisting with monitoring customer equipment telematics, managing and submitting equipment warranty claims, reaching out to customers regarding warranty details & advertising for used equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to collaborate with other departments, and have great customer-facing skills. This role reports to the Service Manager at the store.
What does the role look like?
· Service Administration
- Monitoring telematics on customer units in the field, and contacting customers regarding scheduled maintenance intervals, and updating the system accordingly
- Completing service work orders & submitting warranty claims to the manufacturers as directed
- Following up on previously submitted claims, and providing required information
- Proactively reaching out to customers when their warranty is expiring to alert them to coverage options
- Upon direction from the Service Manager, following up on service & inspection programs
- Taking photos, uploading equipment advertisements as directed by the Store Sales Manager
What are we looking for?
· Education and Experience in Accounting and Administration an asset but not required
· Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel/Word/Outlook)
· Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Highly organized, strong work ethic
· Maintains a professional attitude and outstanding work ethic
· Ability to work independently and prioritize task and projects
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
