In this role, you will promote TCL mobile products visiting retail locations, educating and training the retail sales associates and consumers, increasing brand awareness through demo/table days in various channels.
The Opportunity: 30 HRS. PART-TIME WIRELESS SALES AND BRAND AMBASSADOR – MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SEPTEMBER 28th to DECEMBER 13th
Your role of Wireless Agent - Market Development Manager will be to act as an extension of the brand and sales team. You personify the brand’s mission statement and possess key brand personality traits that will resonate with Retail Sales Associates and wireless sales channels such as agents, dealers and national retailers.

What You Will Be Doing Every Day:
Educate: Be an expert on products, experiences and wireless while demonstrating brand experiences in alignment with carrier initiatives. Provide high-level product sales training on features, competitive advantages, and conduct product demonstrations to retail sales associates, sales leaders and consumers. Answer questions about the brand and product with confidence and ease.
Advocate: Act as the brand advocate to increase retail sales associates’ rate of brand recommendation and sales of product portfolio. Engage customers during high traffic times within retail locations at demo day events to drive sales of the brand’s products. Promote brand in an appealing manner to current and prospective customers.
Develop: Discover, generate, and sustain market relationships with key decision-makers who impact channels of sell-thru at retail. Maintain established market support contacts with regular interaction while continuing to promote the brand to higher-level opportunities in alignment with client goals. Participate in discussions with key influencers and relay all pertinent details over to the internal account teams.
Merchandise: Monitor POP / POS to ensure it is current and placed according to plan-o-gram. Deliver POS, collateral and products to retail locations along with merchandising compliance verification and competitive insights. Report market and competitive intelligence to program leadership and provide feedback on key initiatives. Travel within market and to approved out-of-territory assignments as required.

Retail sales or showroom experience
Training experience ranging from informal one-to-one, large group classrooms, or tradeshows

Full access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license

You have previous sales and territory experience, preferably in the technology/mobile space. If not in the technology/mobile space, don’t worry, as long as you share the same values, we can teach you all you need to know once you’re on board.
