We’re hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face and calming voice of our busy veterinary clinic. You’ll play a vital role in helping pets and their people get the care they need, from scheduling appointments to comforting clients and supporting our veterinary team.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client records
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep things running smoothly
- Assist with billing, prescriptions, and follow-up care
- Be part of a team that’s compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to animal wellness

Prior experience in medical or veterinary reception is an asset, but we’re also happy to train the right person who’s excited to learn and loves animals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
