Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday- 7 am until 3 pm

Responsibilities:
- Help in the preparation of the menu items.
- Know the procedures for set-up.
- Know the detailed cooking procedures for the breakfast and the lunch plates
- Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and cleaning of the counter and refrigerators in the kitchen station.
- Responsible for the execution, quality and presentation of every plate.
- Know and apply good hygiene and food safety practices.
- Must do preparations daily and verify inventory according to the preparation lists.
- Ensure that all dishes prepared are up to the quality and presentation standards established by Pür & Simple.
