Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Outcomes

Chat with and support 60+ clients Quarterly (email, calls, and review requests)

Answer any questions/concerns, etc from our team/clients
-
Provide feedback and updates to our team and work on solutions
-
Improve retention and help our team offer more of what the clients NEED

Attend weekly meetings with our team
Qualifications:-
18 years of age or older

High energy with a passion for uplifting people

Self Driven with a focus on helping others

Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box to drive creative solutions
