Responsibilities
- Supervise daily car wash operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee vehicle processing, wash‑bay procedures, equipment operation, and safe handling practices
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maximize productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, chemical handling guidelines, and sanitation standards
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Monitor chemical levels, inventory, and supplies; assist with ordering and ensure proper storage and rotation
- Maintain site cleanliness, including vacuums, garbage areas, mat cleaners, and customer‑use zones
- Identify and report equipment issues, ensuring timely maintenance and minimal downtime
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a car wash, automotive service, or fast‑paced customer‑service environment - 1-2 Years minium
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations professionally
- Experience in roles that demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving
