Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Respond to tenant requests and address any maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate and oversee any repairs or renovations needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Building Superintendent or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
