What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with daily prep work and kitchen organization
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Assist with training and supporting new team members
- Contribute ideas that help improve our food, service, and operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets, particularly for catering events and off-site opportunities
