What You Will Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes across Brampton following BCBA guidance.
- Support skill development and behaviour reduction goals using individualized programming. Collect and document data using AspireAutism's internal software.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment in all client homes. All homes are pre-screened.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience in Ontario.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Professional and approachable with families and colleagues.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence, reliable transportation, and a clear police background check.
Availability Requirements
Candidates must have availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on a minimum of four weekdays (Monday to Friday) to support consistent client schedules.
Total Hours
Starting at 25 or more hours per week with the opportunity to increase immediately based on availability and client needs.
