As a Customer Service Brand Agent, you are supporting Skybridge Americas' clients' customers, focusing on assisting with product inquires, needs, and resolving concerns within the guidelines of the program.

Answer incoming calls/e-mails/voicemails/chat, respond to customer questions / complaints / program inquiries; ensure all inquiries are handled and documented per the program protocol in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Ensure assigned consumer emails are addressed and handled in a customer-centric manner, following program requirements
Ensure accurate data entry in consumer database, with the consumer information is reflected appropriately to ensure ongoing excellent team customer service
Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers via e-mail or phone
Focuses on performing superior customer service and building rapport with customers Maintain a high level of performance in team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in productivity, quality assurance and attendance
Other Program support as required

High School Education or equivalent combination of experience/education
Excellent verbal and written communication skills fluent in English
The requirements of the Brand Agent position include the availability to work every Monday and weekends, at a minimum of every other Saturday (day/evening), at a schedule set by the employer based on business needs
Must be flexible with personal schedule to support business needs, including nights/weekends/holidays as required
Strong/Intermediate computer skills including the ability to navigate the Internet and other computer programs with ease
Ability to become familiar with Client products or strong aptitude to learn and support customer inquiries
Excellent comprehension & problem solving skills
Demonstrates a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well being and appreciation of them as one of our customers
Ability to sit for long periods of time and duration of shift
Ability to hear and use a headset; use a phone
Ability to type and use a mouse/computer
Ability to multitask (speak and type at the same time)
Prior Call Center experience a plus
Knowledge and understanding of promotions and procedures enabling identification of problems and effective resolution
Must be well organized, possess strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
