Cedar Ridge Outdoor Products manufactures custom sheds, bunkies, cabanas, garages, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor structures throughout Ontario.
Our workshop is located on a beautiful waterfront property in Bobcaygeon, Ontario. We build a mix of standard shed models and fully custom projects, giving our team the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting builds throughout the year.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to help oversee production, build custom projects, train staff, and play a key role in the continued growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture custom sheds and outdoor structures
- Read drawings and 3D models
- Generate cut lists and material requirements
- Organize shop production and workflow
- Train and supervise helpers
- Ensure projects meet quality standards
- Assist with problem solving and custom builds
- Help improve systems and production efficiency
- Work closely with ownership to develop new products and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of carpentry or construction experience
- Strong framing and building knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read plans and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience is an asset
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license

Pay
$35–$45+ per hour depending on experience
