Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team at Wild Wing. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering duties with precision
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management
- Handle cash handling responsibilities including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards within the restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and reliability
- Smart serve required.
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
