This role is responsible for supporting the dealership's merchandising efforts across MotorClothes®, Parts & Accessories, and online channels. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, an eye for visual presentation, and a passion for maintaining accurate inventory and product information.

Assist with the merchandising and presentation of MotorClothes®, riding gear, accessories, and dealership merchandise.
Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory records.
Coordinate the setup and execution of seasonal displays, promotions, and special events.
Photograph apparel, accessories, and featured products for social media, website, and marketing initiatives.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across internal systems and online platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts.
Generate reports related to inventory, sales performance, and merchandising initiatives.
Support receiving, tagging, and organizing incoming merchandise.
Ensure showroom and retail areas remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with the Parts, MotorClothes®, Sales, and Marketing teams to support dealership objectives.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Previous experience in retail merchandising, inventory administration, or a related role is preferred.
Passion for motorcycles, powersports, or lifestyle retail is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Experience with inventory management or retail point-of-sale systems is an asset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Photography and social media experience are considered strong assets.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
