Responsibilities
- Greet clients
- Manage office needs (order supplies and keep office organized, etc.)
- Screen phone calls and check voicemail
- Sort incoming faxes
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Occasional bank runs
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Conveyancer, Unity, Microsoft Office software, Google Apps, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to multi-task
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Professional manner
- Able to work closely within a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Legal experience is not required but will be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
