Speed Mechanics & Continuum Health Centre is Victoria’s leading integrated performance facility—where athletes, active adults, and community members train, recover, and thrive. We combine high-performance strength & conditioning with a multidisciplinary health clinic, all under one roof.

This role is highly people-focused—you’ll help create positive experiences for our athletes, members, and patients every day.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a casual/part-time team member who can work 0–15 hours per week, depending on facility needs and your availability.
Shifts may include:
- Mornings: 6–10am
- Evenings: 4–9pm
- Occasional Saturdays: 8am–5pm
This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility but still wants meaningful, enjoyable work in a team-focused environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Member & Client Experience
- Warmly greet clients, athletes, parents, and patients as they arrive
- Answer questions, provide support, and ensure everyone feels welcomed
- Give new members tours and guide them through their first visit
- Respond to phone calls and emails and direct messages appropriately
Operational Support
- Help manage client check-ins, bookings, and payments using Kilo & JaneApp
- Assist with basic administrative steps for both the gym and clinic
- Ensure member accounts and waivers are set up correctly
- Support coaches and practitioners with smooth day-to-day operations
Facility Care
- Keep the gym and clinic clean, tidy, and professional
- Assist with opening/closing duties depending on your shift

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma (or currently completing one)
- Customer service experience (any industry) is an asset but not required
- Experience in a gym/clinic/rec centre is helpful but optional
- Comfort with computers and learning software
- POS/cash-handling experience is an asset
