As a key member of the senior management team, the Director, Corporate Services provides day-to-day hands-on leadership across human resources, information technology, and finance, and helps foster a culture of excellence that strengthens and supports the delivery of high-quality programs and services.

- Adept at ensuring that operational plans are aligned with the strategic plan and developing and implementing plans consistent with the overall financial strategy for the organization as a member of the Senior Management Team.
- A knowledgeable professional who excels at collaborating, and coaching staff, leads by example, mentors, and guides a skilled team to consistently achieve targets.
- Demonstrated experience in business administration/labour relations, finance, and information technology.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field with 8-10 years progressive leadership experience. Healthcare experience ideal.
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or in progress, with advanced proficiency with SAGE and Microsoft 365 software.
- Possesses sound analytical thinking, accountability, a systems level mind-set, excellent planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- French language skills an asset.
COMPENSATION $133,000 – $153,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and OMERs pension.
