**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in the food service industry.
**Duties:** - Oversee all aspects of meal preparation and cooking in the kitchen - Ensure that food safety standards are strictly followed - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with Head Chef to plan and execute special events.
**Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting - Strong knowledge of food safety practices - Excellent understanding of kitchen operations - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in meal preparation techniques - Strong leadership and communication skills.
