We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Supervisor to lead a team of 30+ Class 1 tanker operators and third-party contractors. Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of people, equipment, and production hauls to deliver safe, timely, and high-quality service to our clients.
This is a Monday to Friday role based on 10-hour days, with occasional weekend availability required. The successful candidate must reside locally and bring a flexible, solutions-focused mindset to a fast-paced field environment.

What You'll Do
- Organize and coordinate 30+ operators and third-party contractors across active production hauls
- Communicate daily with dispatch to ensure efficient deployment of people and equipment
- Verify field tickets against driver timesheets and work closely with office administrators on time and ticket accuracy
- Conduct truck, e-log, and field inspections; identify and resolve issues proactively
- Lead safety meetings, employee training, and development activities
- Maintain strong client relationships and work with sales to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Ensure crew compliance with company and client policies and procedures while on duty
- Support operational decisions under pressure with a calm, methodical approach
What You Bring to Avenge
- Class 1 Driver License with a clean commercial abstract (required)
- Minimum 3 years of field supervisory experience in tanker or fluid hauling operations
- Extensive knowledge of tanker and Super B operations
- Proficiency with e-logs, app-based programs, and electronic reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Effective communicator across all levels, from operators to site personnel and key stakeholders
- Mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge considered an asset
- Certifications: First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO, CSTS 2020, Leadership for Safety Excellence
- High School Diploma or equivalent
