Position Overview:
Tamlin International Homes is seeking a Senior Sales Representative (Sales Manager in Training) with a passion for sales and coaching. In this dual role, you will have the opportunity to Fast-track into becoming a Sales Manager while utilizing your HubSpot expertise to revolutionize our sales processes for custom prefabricated home packages.
- Handle inquiries, responding promptly via various channels
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to coordinate client communication and build a robust sales pipeline
- Assist in managing the sales team and participate in their training and development.
- Efficiently satisfy client needs while qualifying prospects
- Focus on "house package" sales to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate with design and project staff to move projects efficiently
- Prepare sales proposals and strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Actively engage in customer service and marketing activities
- Learn and implement the Consultative Sales Process
- Collaborate with the team to achieve annual sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports to upper management
- Support various sales administrative functions, including accounting and scheduling
- Set and adjust sales plans to meet targets
- Fulfill business development tasks to grow sales via networking in the USA and Canada

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in residential construction, design, or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems, with a focus on HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency
- Eagerness to learn and develop into a Sales Manager role
- Commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- University or College Education
Compensation
- Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience
- Opportunity for a salary increase after becoming a full Sales Manager
