The Physiotherapist will be responsible for the management of all back-office support systems, which include patient care, ICBC management, clerical support, marketing support, human resources support, and operational duties, as well as special projects on an as needed basis.
They will need to be a PABC member in good standing. They will be trained in Chiropractic Biophysics rehab, and must be willing to attend seminars either in person or online. They will need to have a special interest in postural & structural improvement and correction. They will be responsible for managing and administering patient’s prescribed in office and at home rehab recommendations, working with ICBC on creating care plans, reporting, and working one on one with patients. A large portion of their patient care base will come from co-management in team centered approach with a chiropractor and kinesiologist, focusing on structural and postural correction, following Chiropractic Biophysics protocols.
Compensation will depend on the candidate.
