All candidates must have a valid teaching license.
Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees, at least one year of experience in a secondary school where English is the instructional language, some experience of working in an IB school, and some experience in teaching TOK. Preference will also be given to candidates who can teach both IBDP and OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) courses.
Experience with English-language learners particularly with students from Chinese cultural background;
Excellent academic writing, collaboration, teamwork, caring, and entrepreneurship;
Passion for receiving and/or leading professional development;
Skills in inquiry based teaching and learning.
