Your Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing support and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Exceptional Care: Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Ensure a clean, safe, and engaging home environment.
- Manage Finances: Handle and record daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support clients with their personal budgeting.
- Maintain the Household: Complete assigned chores, report maintenance needs, and ensure the home is well-kept.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep detailed logs, report any issues or incidents, and adhere to SPIKE Inc. policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School diploma.
- License: Valid Class 5F MB driver’s license (must drive independently).
- Certification: Emergency First Aid/CPR Level C.
- Checks: Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector search, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks.
- Bonus Skills: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and ASL are great, but not required.
