Financial Controller
Overview:
Join our team as a Financial Controller, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial activities of our organization. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, account analysis, audit and reconciliation. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will contribute to the financial health and success of the company.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct detailed account analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management review.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
- Strong account analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
