As our next Licensed Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and commissioning advanced manufacturing equipment. - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems
- Support the repair, refurbishment, and construction of CNC, PLC, and robotic manufacturing equipment
- Install, assemble, debug, and start up new or modified production equipment
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and controls-related troubleshooting
- Support planned maintenance programs and emergency repair activities
- Ensure operational efficiency and quality targets are achieved
- Maintain technical documentation, electrical schematics, and equipment records
- Train new hires and apprentices on electrical standards and maintenance practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing projects
- Support housekeeping, maintenance organization, and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
- Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A)
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, CNC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience troubleshooting automated assembly equipment and robotic systems
- Understanding of automotive manufacturing systems and quality requirements
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating continental shifts
- Experience with Fanuc robots
- Welding and basic machining experience
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience supporting high-volume automotive manufacturing operations
- Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement projects
