Provide assistance in the safe operation and maintenance of the water distribution and wastewater collection system in compliance with environmental standards.
Perform a wide variety of manual labour duties in the maintenance of the underground utility network and storm water management network.
Assist in water and wastewater sampling, quality control, and testing.
Aid in capturing data & inspection of the distribution and collection system.
The work includes physical labour by performing repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Class 5 Driver License is preferred
Immediately till August 28th, 2026.
The wage for this position is $21.33. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
This position is within the scope of AUPE Local 118/016, and as such you will be required to adhere to articles contained within the Collective Agreement.
