Delivery Driver / Shop Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver, with additional responsibilities assisting in the shop during downtime.
About the Role
- Primary Duties: Safely transport cabinets and related products around Alberta and between provinces, most frequently from Blackfalds, AB to Fernie, BC, using a truck and trailer.
- Secondary Duties: Assist in shop tasks related to cabinet making and woodworking when not on delivery runs. No prior woodworking experience is required—we’re happy to provide training.
- Schedule: Full-time, with the need for long days and occasional overnight trips. Overtime may be required.
- Must Be 25 or over as renting delivery vehicles can have age limits.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in furniture moving, delivery, or similar work.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads safely.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
