Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Truck & Coach Technician. For a full time position, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing trucks, trailers and other equipment to ensure they operate safely and properly
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned duties
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Knowledge on powertrains and after-treatment systems
- Complete reports, work orders and order parts
- Perform general and detailed services and repairs
- Communicate issues/concerns to managers as needed
- Knowledge on air brakes, electrical components and hydraulic systems
- Perform roadside services
- Shop upkeep
- Change tires
- Safety conscious and knowledge of general shop safety
Requirements
- English
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year truck-trailer repair experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year tire changing experience (preferred)
- Valid G license
- Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation vehicle inspections
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $19.48-$49.87 per hour
