Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the shop
- Process orders, returns, and inventory using laptop and smartphone tools
- Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support daily logistics and communicate with drivers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong asset
- Comfortable using laptops, smartphones, and basic software
- Physically able to lift and move HVAC supplies as needed
