The challenges that await you
Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you are responsible for preparing and coordinating tenders for various needs, products, and services. You validate the compliance of the development plans and ensure their integration into the specifications. You write technical specifications and prepare cost estimates for contracts related to tenders in partnership with the Procurement Department. You conduct product and service research to meet the various needs of applicants and obtain the best purchasing conditions. You negotiate and proceed with the purchase of products and services while considering the purchasing levels authorized by the City. You verify supplier proposals to validate their compliance with needs and regulatory requirements. You establish and recommend action plans and operational structures while respecting established budgets.
You ensure compliance with standards and define interventions and penalties that may be applied in case of non-compliance with these standards. You communicate information to various internal and external stakeholders and provide technical assistance to operations. You may undertake communications through media and other platforms.
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant bachelor's degree for the position;
- Have eight (8) years of relevant experience, particularly in procurement, technical specification writing, and bid analysis;
- Have knowledge in real estate management in terms of maintenance and projects;
