Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and desserts
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist and support the service team during busy periods as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is required
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and support different areas of the restaurant when needed
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling is an asset
