Oversee and review all night audit processes and front desk logbooks
Balance and reconcile all departmental postings including Front Desk, Restaurant, and Lounge
Close daily batches for all revenue centers
Prepare and verify adjustment logs, credit card reports, paid-out logs, and F&B adjustments
Print and review daily accounting and sales reports
Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions and postings
Perform Guest Service Agent (GSA) duties including check-in and check-out
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through proactive service recovery
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Maintain updated brochures, maps, and guest information materials
Supervise overnight front desk operations and support staff
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
Train and guide night staff on audit procedures and guest service protocols
Ensure smooth communication between night and morning shifts
