This is an entry-level production position designed for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. No manufacturing experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. However, if you already have experience in manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, CNC equipment, or production leadership, we'd be excited to put those skills to work as well.

What You'll Do
As a Production Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of production areas. We cross-train our employees so you can develop new skills and gain experience operating industry-leading equipment.
Training may include:
- CNC Turret Punches
- CNC Knife Tables
- Sheet and Tube Laser systems
- Other production equipment and manufacturing processes
You'll also use computers and tablets to:
- Track production jobs
- Access standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- View technical drawings
- Complete daily production tasks
Schedule
Monday to Thursday
6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Occasional overtime may be available on Fridays.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
Successful candidates will:
- Be available to work a consistent 40-hour week.
- Be able to read a tape measure.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Take direction and work independently when required.
- Have strong reading comprehension and communication skills.
- Work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience
No previous manufacturing experience is required.
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing, CNC equipment, or fabrication, is considered an asset, but we encourage applicants without experience to apply. We're looking for the right attitude and work ethic first—we'll provide the training.
