Custom Contracting has been improving Ontario homes since 1999. We're a third-generation, family-run company with real lead flow, a full install team behind you, and a product homeowners genuinely want: EavesArmour, our own patented gutter-guard system, plus complete eavestrough replacement. You're not selling a commodity anybody can quote down the street — you're selling something that's exclusively ours.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-booked appointments with homeowners who asked to see us
- Inspect the roofline and eavestroughs, build the quote, and close on the spot
- Demo EavesArmour and show homeowners why it outperforms what's on the shelf
- Follow up on warm opportunities and keep your own pipeline moving
- Represent a company with a 25+ year reputation you don't have to apologize for
What You'll Earn
Commission-only, with no cap. Your income comes down to how many appointments you run and how well you close. Run 10 appointments a week with solid closing skills and the math adds up fast. Top reps here clear $100K+.

What We're Looking For
- This is a commission-only role — comfortable working for performance-based pay
- Reliable vehicle and comfortable being in customers' homes
- Strong communicator who's genuinely good at the close
- Competitive, self-driven, wants control over their own income
- Sales experience is a plus — the right attitude and coachability matter more
