We are seeking to add a highly skilled Administrative Officer to our team. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures
Maintain and manage student records, including attendance, performance
Assist in preparing the center's operating budget and managing financial controls, including processing invoices, managing accounts, and tracking expenses
Plan and coordinate office services, including ordering supplies, arranging maintenance
Coordinate programs, meetings, and other events
Handling inquiries from students, parents, assisting with enrollment procedures and providing guidance on lessons.

Requirements:
University Graduation or equivalent education;
Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative supporting or management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese with outstanding writing and communication skills
Ability to work in dependently or as part of a team
Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
