Evening & Weekend Property Maintenance Assistant

Pay: $150–$450 per day, based on performance

We’re a local property maintenance company serving Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding towns — Listowel, Stratford, Drayton, Heidelberg, Guelph, Cambridge and more. We’re looking for a hard worker to join us on driveway sealing and a range of other outdoor jobs.
This is a great fit if you’re a student or anyone looking for an evening shift to earn solid extra money, and for the right person, there’s real room to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driveway sealing prep and application — blowing and cleaning surfaces, taping edges, crack filling, and running our driveway maintenance equipment
- Other odd jobs around the properties we service
Schedule:
Mostly evenings, starting around 4:30pm and working till dark, plus weekends. Some daytime work is possible, and the schedule is fairly flexible.
This is physical, outdoor work. You should be comfortable with:
- Lifting and bending throughout the shift
- Being on your feet for long stretches
- Using equipment and power tools
- Working in the heat, and sometimes the rain
What we’re looking for:
The main thing is a strong work ethic. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in doing a job right, we’ll teach you the rest. We also need someone who keeps a professional image on the job — you’ll represent us at customers’ homes.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Access to a truck or vehicle is a strong asset
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
What we provide / what you bring:
We provide a work polo and hat. You’ll need to bring a professional pair of work pants and comfortable shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Room to grow:
For a hard worker, there’s a real path here. You can progress to running jobs independently as a Service Manager, and potentially into an Operations Manager role as we expand.
